Refunds
If you change your mind about an item, you can return it to us within 30 days. We will process your refund directly to your debit /credit card or PayPal account within one week of receiving your return.
For personalised items, we will refund the item value less the personalised element as we cannot resell it.
Please use a padded envelope. You can use a Large Letter stamp for a package under 100g.
Faulty Items
Please return a faulty product to us within 30 days of purchase to have it repaired or replaced or request a full refund. In either case, we will refund your return postage costs, equivalent to the price of a Large Letter stamp for a package under 100g.Return Address
